Share a tip, tell your story, and help others follow the evidence. Curiosity is welcome; certainty must be earned.
Post a Tip or Story
Log in, choose Post a Tip or Story, and add a clear title, your account, and a short summary. Include what happened, approximately when and where, what you observed directly, and what remains uncertain. Save a draft before adding images, video or audio. Track your submission in My posts.
User submitted stories
The User submitted tab contains published member accounts and tips. Submissions are reviewed before publication and labelled as unverified accounts; publication does not establish that a claim is true. Drafts and pending submissions are private. Editing a published member post returns it to review.
Sources and first-hand accounts
Every submission needs a source name and a source URL. For reporting, link to the original publication or document and credit its author. For your own experience, use “First-hand account by [your name]” and your Alienated profile URL. Clearly separate personal observations, hearsay, opinion and supporting evidence. Do not invent quotes or sources.
Images, video and audio
Share only media you have permission to publish. Credit the creator, explain what the media shows, and disclose edits, staging or AI-generated content. Keep original files when possible. Media must finish processing before publication. A watermark identifies where an image was shared; it does not transfer ownership or verify its contents.
Sourced news and automatic summaries
News also includes automatically curated summaries from the publishers listed in Our sources. These carry source links and an automatic-curation disclosure and are separate from member tips. Read the original for the full reporting and context.
Protect people and discuss respectfully
No harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, spam or illegal material. Do not publish private contact details, precise home locations, or private recordings without permission. Challenge claims with evidence rather than attacking the person sharing them.
Corrections and moderation
Use Report on a post to flag errors, rights concerns or abuse. Moderators may request changes, decline or remove submissions. Preserve attribution when correcting a claim. Posting a tip does not guarantee publication or a response; do not use this form for emergencies.
